DUTIES OF AUTHORS
Heading 2
REPORTING STANDARDS POLICY
At Juristice, we uphold the highest standards of integrity and excellence in the reporting of original research. Authors are required to present a precise and truthful account of their work, coupled with an objective analysis of its significance. All underlying data must be accurately represented, and the manuscript must include sufficient detail and references to allow replication of the study by other researchers. Any form of fraudulent activity or knowingly inaccurate statements is strictly prohibited and constitutes unethical behavior that will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
QUALITY STANDARDS
We believe in the paramount importance of quality and accuracy in scholarly communication. Consequently, review articles and professional publications must adhere to the same rigorous standards of accuracy and objectivity.

ORIGINALITY AND PLAGIARISM POLICY
At Juristice, we are dedicated to fostering original and innovative research. Authors must ensure that their work is entirely original and that any use of the work and/or words of others is appropriately cited or quoted. Plagiarism in any form, including the appropriation of another's ideas, processes, results, or words without giving proper credit, is strictly prohibited and constitutes unethical behavior that will not be tolerated. We believe that originality is the foundation of scholarly integrity. Authors must ensure that their submissions are free from any form of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, where substantial portions of previously published work are reused without acknowledgment. All submitted manuscripts will be subjected to rigorous plagiarism checks to ensure compliance with our standards.

AUTHORSHIP CONSENT POLICY
The corresponding author has an unequivocal duty to ensure that all named authors have provided their explicit consent for the submission of the article to the journal. This duty mandates obtaining clear and unambiguous approval from all named authors for the submitted version of the article and for all subsequent revisions. Adherence to this duty is non-negotiable and is critical to upholding the integrity of the authorship and the submission process.
At Juristice, we prioritize the principles of transparency, collaboration, and ethical conduct in all aspects of scholarly communication. Authors must demonstrate their commitment to these principles by obtaining explicit consent from all named authors throughout the submission and revision process. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the rejection or withdrawal of the manuscript from consideration for publication.

NON-CONCURRENT SUBMISSION POLICY
The corresponding author holds the responsibility of ensuring that the article is not under consideration by any other platform at the time of submission to Juristice. This duty includes verifying that all co-authors are aware of and agree to the exclusive submission of the manuscript to our journal. Simultaneous submission of the same manuscript to multiple journals is considered unethical and can lead to the rejection of the manuscript.
Authors must adhere to this policy to maintain the fairness and credibility of the publication process. Violation of this policy may result in the rejection of the manuscript or other appropriate actions as deemed necessary by the editorial team.
CO-AUTHOR CONTACT DETAILS POLICY
At Juristice, we prioritize clear and efficient communication among authors and the editorial team. Accurate contact details are essential for maintaining transparency, resolving any queries, and ensuring timely updates regarding the status of the manuscript. The author who is corresponding with Juristice bears the responsibility of ensuring that the contact details for all co-authors are accurately entered into the submission system and remain correct at the time of submission. This duty includes verifying the email addresses, affiliations, and other contact information of all co-authors to facilitate effective communication throughout the publication process.
Authors must diligently update any changes in the contact information of co-authors during the submission and review process. Failure to provide accurate and up-to-date contact details may result in delays or disruptions in the editorial workflow. We expect authors to fulfill this responsibility to facilitate smooth collaboration and communication, ultimately contributing to the successful publication of high-quality research.

PROFESSIONALISM
Exemplifying professionalism isn't just a courtesy; it's a prime duty of authors within Juristice's publication framework. Adhering strictly to ethical standards, promptly responding to communications, and maintaining respectful conduct are pivotal in upholding our commitment to integrity and excellence. Authors failing to meet these expectations risk the rejection of their submissions, impacting their eligibility for future publication consideration.
