-
Directly copying text, sentences, or paragraphs from another source without proper attribution.
-
Rewriting someone else's ideas or information without acknowledging the original source.
-
Reusing substantial portions of one's own previously published work without proper citation or acknowledgment.
-
Incorporating figures, tables, or other visual elements from another source without obtaining permission and providing proper attribution.
-
Presenting someone else's ideas, concepts, or arguments as one's own without giving credit to the original author.
-
Failing to acknowledge individuals who have contributed significantly to the research or writing process.
Authors submitting manuscripts to Juristice must ensure that their work is original and does not contain any plagiarized content. This includes properly citing and referencing all sources used in the manuscript, including text, figures, tables, and ideas. Any detected instances of plagiarism will result in immediate rejection of the manuscript and may lead to further disciplinary actions, such as notification of the author's institution or banning the author from future submissions.

Authors are encouraged to use plagiarism detection software and carefully review their manuscripts to ensure compliance with our plagiarism policy. By adhering to these standards, authors contribute to maintaining the integrity and credibility of scholarly publications.

Submitted manuscripts must adhere to a strict plagiarism threshold of less than 15%. Authors are required to attach a plagiarism report with their submission, demonstrating the originality of their work. Additionally, Juristice will conduct a separate plagiarism check on all submitted manuscripts to ensure compliance with our plagiarism policy and uphold the highest standards of academic integrity.
